Zucchini Flower & Clam Pasta
Our guests absolutely adored the addition of zucchini flowers to this timeless recipe during the summer. To infuse the oil and sauté the garlic, we chopped up the stems, which added a delightful touch. Towards the end, we added the flowers, which beautifully wilted and contributed their delicate yet distinctive flavor.
