Meet Videlle Tonné, our delightful take on the timeless Italian dish Vitello Tonnato. Initially, the notion of chilled, thinly sliced veal loin with a tuna-infused, mayo-ey sauce seemed a bit unusual. Yet, the fusion of flavors is nothing short of perfection. Drawing inspiration from eating out and a recent dive into Yotam Ottolenghi's recipe, I've fine-tuned my recipe, transforming it into a cherished onboard favorite.

Henceforth, it proudly wears the name Videlle Tonné.
